Terms and conditions

These terms are a contract between you — the person or organisation using the service — and LogiSam (“we”, “us”), the provider of Power Insights (the “service”). By signing in to the service or using it on behalf of an organisation, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

The privacy policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms. Where an organisation has a separately signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails over anything here that conflicts with it.

Power Insights reads a Microsoft 365 tenant's Power Platform estate — environments, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connections, connectors, solutions and Dataverse tables — and presents it as an inventory with governance, migration-planning, reporting and export features.

The service is read-only against your tenant by default. Where a feature performs a write — for example sharing an app or flow with your own account, or creating a Dataverse solution from a collection — it is clearly labelled, is carried out only when you explicitly start it, and runs under your own Microsoft permissions.

The service signs in as you and reads your tenant using the permissions Microsoft grants to your account. What it can see is limited to what your account can see. It does not install anything into your tenant.

You sign in with a Microsoft work or school account. The first person to sign in from a tenant becomes the owner of that tenant's organisation in the service and may invite colleagues, who join as members. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for the actions taken under their organisation.

You are responsible for keeping your Microsoft account secure. We never see or store your Microsoft password. If you believe your account has been used without authorisation, tell us and revoke the service's access in your Microsoft Entra admin centre.

Demo access issued through a time-limited link shows a fictional tenant and may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree to use the service only for tenants you are authorised to assess, and not to:

• assess, probe or export data from a tenant without the right to do so;
• share a read-only link, export or report with anyone not entitled to the data in it;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls or rate limits, or to interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use the service in breach of Microsoft's terms for the tenant you connect, or of any applicable law.

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

The features and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page. A free plan is a genuine assessment with limits, not a time-limited trial. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider; prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, after which the organisation returns to the free plan and its limits. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period. Enterprise and partner arrangements are governed by their own order form.

The inventory the service builds from your tenant — names, identifiers, owners, definitions, sharing and connection metadata — is your data. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, process it and show it back to you and the colleagues you invite, for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not sell your data, use it to train models, or share it with third parties other than the sub-processors named in the privacy policy. You can delete an organisation and its stored assessment from the service's settings, and revoke the service's access to your tenant from Microsoft Entra at any time.

You are responsible for the content of your tenant and for having the right to connect it. Where you share a read-only link or an export, you are responsible for who receives it.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on Microsoft's APIs, which may change, throttle or be unavailable in ways outside our control; an assessment may therefore be partial, and the service says so where it can.

We improve the service continuously and may add, change or retire features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will give notice. Support is provided through the contact details below during UK business hours on a reasonable-endeavours basis.

The service, its software, design, documentation and branding are owned by LogiSam and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation while your account is in good standing, and nothing more.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Power Insights is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft.

Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

The service is provided “as is”. An assessment is a snapshot of what Microsoft's APIs returned to your account at the time it ran; it is an aid to your judgement, not a substitute for it, and we do not warrant that it is complete, current or fit for any particular decision — including licensing, security or migration decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period, or £100 if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your organisation from its settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of being told, or immediately where the breach cannot be put right or poses a risk to the service or to others.

When an organisation is deleted, its stored assessment, collections and migration plans are removed from the live service; backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of operation as described in the privacy policy. Sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the service or by email to organisation owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have where you are based.
