Pricing questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is a real assessment of a real tenant, limited to one environment and three users, with no countdown. Move up when you need more environments, more colleagues or the exports.
What counts as an environment?
Any Power Platform environment in your tenant — production, sandbox, developer, trial, Teams or default. The free plan assesses one of them; Pro and Enterprise assess all of them.
Can I assess more than one Microsoft 365 tenant?
That is what the Enterprise plan is for. Pro covers one tenant; Enterprise covers as many as you connect, which is the plan MSPs and partners use.
Do colleagues need administrator rights?
No. The first assessment needs a Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or Global Administrator account. Colleagues you invite read the stored assessment and need no admin rights at all.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
