Group what belongs together, then act on all of it
Most real questions are about a subset: the finance estate, everything on one SQL server, the apps one team owns. A collection is that subset, saved. It stores the selection and nothing derived from it, so it is re-evaluated against the current assessment every time it opens and can never describe an estate that has since changed.
- Spans environments — a collection is a list of objects, not a view of one environment
- Search inside the app packages for SharePoint references, hardcoded URLs, SQL servers or any string
- Count actions and steps across the whole collection, and find every SQL step with the database it reaches
- Export the lot: .msapp packages, apps and flows as CSV, raw records, or the untouched API responses
- Promote a collection into a migration project in one click — the selection is copied, not linked
Every screen here is a live demo tenant
Contoso is sample data, generated rather than scanned — but it renders through exactly the same code as a real tenant, so what you walk around is what you would get.
